Heart Centered LMT, Energy Work & Mindful Metaphors- Rosemary Scavullo

Shiatsu Acupressure

Shiatsu is a massage interweaving neuromuscular and acupoints to increase self-awareness and wellness while restoring your body/mind back to its natural expression of peace and vitality.

I incorporate my shiatsu therapy skills in understanding the body-mind process with compassion and a finely tuned intuition.   The focus is on encouraging a positive relationship with one’s self and improving upon strengths to support health and vitality.

What is  Shiatsu Acupressure?

Shiatsu Acupressure therapy awakens the body’s internal regulatory system that nurtures a natural healing response.  Each day we all respond with a combination of instincts, emotions, physiology, intellect and our spiritual foundation through this internal system. Therefore we respond well to therapies that address all these factors. The acupressure or shiatsu treatment is as natural as the act of responding to life.

  • Heightens your body’s natural healing ability
  • Based on the same healing principle of acupuncture and Asian medicine
  • Deepens body and self-awareness.
  • You can wear “yoga” clothes as no oils are used.

I take joy in using my shiatsu skills, which incorporate relaxation and careful attention to your personal needs and concerns through healing touch and, when needed, guided imagery is used. Shiatsu is a great way to provide you with the support you need to achieve your health goals, Be ready to just relax and allow the process to unfold and your healing ability will arise to support you.

With many years of practice, I have had great success in helping people find relief from a variety of health concerns. Most of my clients use regular treatments to maintain health and well-being.

I have a deep commitment to my own meditation practice and also teach meditation. My goal is to create a peaceful and healing environment for you to benefit from.

    • Thanks Alexandra, I appreciate your kindness and the sincerity and integrity you bring to each day. I understand that is the meaning behind the words “nitty gritty”.
      Much love to you!

  2. I started working with Rosemary about ten years ago when I had a cough that wouldn’t go away. Her shiatsu therapy helped me get rid of it and it has never returned. Shiatsu Therapy with Rosemary has helped me stay on a path of wellness and grow into living the kind of healthy lifestyle that I had hoped for.

  3. My acupuncturist recommended Rosemary to me when I was suffering with asthma. After a series of treatments, my asthma was gone. Recently, four years since my previous treatment, I got a cough and asthma again. I contacted Rosemary and she treated me and the cough and asthma subsided quite quickly. She has a very special and healing touch. Thanks for the great treatments.
