The simple discipline of daily meditation has a profound affect on your daily life, even for 10 minutes a day. Most spiritual traditions advocate it’s health benefits and currently there is neurological research proving it is beneficial mentally and physically new neural pathways are created. It can be practiced throughout the day or in a quiet space by yourself or with a group.
